A small number of these guns were sent to
the German Navy for a field trials
and even smaller number came back for a review years after

Navy toggle with a frame lock
Toggle checkered in 90 degree pattern
Extractor ears are smaller then standard
Early style flat main spring
9mm Barrel in FAT pattern
Safety on UP position
This was a classic barn find: rusted, lost in time and missing parts
After detailed review it turned out to be a Test Navy Luger of 1904
it was in bad shape when it got to us
It took some research and careful
restoration to bring it to factory shape
Some small parts were missing all together,
others were rusted to the point of no return
This historic weapon wanted to be saved,
lots of searching for proper components,
historical research and careful restoration that took over 3 years overall
It has undergone a detailed mechanical review and testing
It is a fully functional 1904 Navy with all it’s character
